The Opportunity
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting clients with their personal insurance needs. You will build relationships, provide tailored coverage options, and deliver exceptional service across a variety of personal insurance products.
Responsibilities
Manage and service an existing book of personal lines business.
Provide professional advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage options.
Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support.
What You Bring
Level 1 General Insurance License (Level 2 is an asset).
Experience in personal lines insurance, ideally in an account manager or advisor role.
Strong client service focus with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
