As a key support to the Owner and President, the Personal & Executive Assistant will ensure smooth daily operations and elevated productivity by managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-driven, and capable of operating with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling and follow-up.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence with a focus on efficiency and prioritization.
  • Arrange and coordinate personal and professional travel, including seasonal relocations.
  • Oversee household and lifestyle logistics including vendor coordination, appointments, and organization projects.
  • Provide light meal preparation and pet care for two small dogs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external communications.
  • Anticipate needs and ensure proactive task completion.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
