Job summary

A global life sciences company in Mississauga is looking for an Office Coordinator to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The role includes providing administrative support, managing logistics, and assisting with Environmental Health and Safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in office administration. This position is key to establishing the new Canadian affiliate and contributing to its culture and success.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a post-secondary diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in office coordination, administration, facilities, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Ontario’s Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across the workplace.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
