You will protect systems through vulnerability analysis, conduct security assessments, and investigate cyber incidents. As part of the Cybersecurity team, the Penetration Tester (IT Specialist I-IV) is responsible for technical analysis of internal and external systems and networks, evaluating and reporting on identified risks to NB Power, coordinating third-party penetration tests, supporting efforts to close vulnerabilities identified, and contributing to internal and external compliance activities.
An equivalent combination of training, certifications and experience may be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Criminal Record Name Check.
An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
