Based primarily at our Toronto or Mississauga clinic, you’ll bring your expertise in pediatric occupational therapy to a collaborative, well-equipped setting designed to help both clients and clinicians grow.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotional self-regulation, play, and activities of daily living.
Deliver individualized, goal-oriented intervention in 1:1 and small-group formats.
Collaborate with Behaviour Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists and Psychologists as required to align plans, goals, and progress for a holistic approach to care.
Document all services in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
Administrative & Collaboration:
Attend team meetings and multidisciplinary consultations.
Maintain scheduling targets.
Participate in clinic culture and upkeep—supporting a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
Contribute to clinic programming and group therapy opportunities.
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
At least 1 year of pediatric experience, including with children on the autism spectrum.
Confidence working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic clinic setting.
Availability to work Weekdays, Evenings and Saturdays.
Training in Sensory Integration, emotional self-regulation, or pediatric feeding is considered an asset.
Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinic environments.
