Overview

Patricia Lake Bungalows is a cozy cabin resort located on Patricia Lake in Jasper National Park. We are a family-owned operation offering FREE staff housing. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent for the spring/summer season.

Position

Seasonal Front Desk Agent — Mid April to Mid October. Location: Jasper, AB. Pay: Up to $16 per hour. Employment type: Temporary, Seasonal, Full-time. Shifts: Day shift and night shift.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette.
  • Handle daily cash-outs and process payments within a reservation system.
  • Take and input bookings and manage guest reservations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel operations as needed.
  • Operate standard computer software (Microsoft Office, email) and general computer tasks.
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations and multitask effectively; ensure tasks started are completed.
  • Assist guests with information about local attractions and the property amenities.
  • 2-3 housekeeping shifts per week may be required.
