Job Description Summary

The Patient Engagement Therapeutic Area Expert contributes to the implementation of Patient Engagement plans to facilitate Novartis business and provides advice on impact and opportunities and ensures quality deliverables.

Job Description

Office Location: London (The Westworks), United Kingdom or Dublin, Ireland. #LI-Hybrid Hybrid (12 days per month on‑site if living within 50 miles of our London office) #LI-Remote Remote (if living beyond 50 miles of our London office)

Key responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Contribute to the creation, revision and publishing of Patient Engagement documents / policies / governance, engagement toolkits, training materials.
  • Provide functional quality support to internal projects / programs (e. g. at country and/or regional level)
  • Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
  • Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Key performance indicators:
  • Quality of documents prepared (presentations etc.)
  • Seamless functioning of key processes
  • High‑quality delivery of individual contribution within projects
  • Timeliness, reliability and quality of managed tasks
Essential criteria:
  • Project management expertise
  • Clear understanding of drug development
  • Operations management and execution
Languages:
  • English (written and oral)
