Qualifications

• Grade 10 education plus Health Care Assistant program graduation or equivalent experience.
• Current Food Safe Level One certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including toileting, bathing, and grooming.
• Observe and report on patient progress and comfort.
• Assist with meals and record dietary restrictions.
• Measure vital signs as directed and document findings.
• Transport patients and assist in admissions/discharges.
