Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a Partnerships Development Representative to join our team and work alongside an amazing group of professionals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development (ideally in a digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environment).
- Exceptional communication and written skills — persuasive, clear, and concise.
- Grit and resilience — you’re comfortable handling rejection and pushing through.
- A self-starter mentality with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with sales enablement tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Outbound Prospecting:
- Build and maintain a list of target accounts across various verticals in the eCommerce and DTC space.
- Research and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers at high-potential companies.
- Initiate contact through cold email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach sequences.
- Discovery & Qualification:
- Execute discovery calls to assess prospect pain points, goals, and marketing maturity.
- Qualify opportunities based on fit, budget, timing, and strategic value.
- Clearly articulate Pilothouse’s value proposition and services to a wide range of prospects.
- Pipeline Development:
- Consistently generate a high volume of top-of-funnel opportunities.
- Collaborate with the VP Partnerships and other sales team members to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Maintain clean and accurate activity tracking in CRM systems.

COMPENSATION
Base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 + commissions
