  • Oversee customer & partner account management – consult, create, and process quotations and sales orders (partner dependent), lead and report on partnership sales, conduct executive partner business reviews, and hold consultative calls and meetings for new upsells while introducing new product features as they are released.
  • Bring partners up to speed on our product – provide demonstrations and consultative services to partner sales teams and/or end clients on MealSuite product offers and assist as a point of contact for potential issues and escalations.
  • Ensure strategic vision and meet goals – participate in both internal and external meetings to collaborate and provide support, education, & strategic alignment.
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct experience working with culinary (preferably in senior living) and with executive leadership teams, or a combination of both.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation, revenue‑sharing models, and joint go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Experience in healthcare and senior living foodservice operations.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Familiarity with partner management, customer success, or account management practices, preferably in SaaS or with foodservice technology.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for collaborating with others, taking initiative, being accountable, and driving results.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel; valid passport with no travel restrictions limiting crossing between Canada and the USA.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment that constantly changes and encourages teamwork and communication.
  • Enjoyment in being directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continuous learning and unlimited opportunities to express ideas and build leadership skills.
