Wage: $20-21 per hour
Hours: 8-14 hours per week
Duration: 3 Month project starting ASAP (Possibility for extension).

What you’ll do
  • Provide dedicated coverage and in-store execution for our gold standard confectionery client.
  • Set up attractive product displays and merchandise according to detailed planograms, maximize product visibility and brand impact.
  • Build, modify, and dismantle displays while strictly adhering to the client’s quality, safety and branding standards.
  • Ensure that client products are fully stocked, properly faced, and customer ready.
  • Install eye-catching signage and complete additional merchandising tasks as required by the client.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing timely updates.
  • Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a trusted representative of the Company, and fostering long-term partnerships.
What you bring
  • Previous Merchandising experience, with the ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with our clients, retailers and consumers.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-service.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a self-starter mindset, high initiative, and adaptability.
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently with sound decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • An innate ability to influence, sell, and persuade.
  • A clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Post-secondary education in Sales or a related field. A college or university degree is considered an asset.
