Role Overview

Jumpfactor is seeking a Paid Ads Manager who thrives in a hands-on role, focusing on execution and optimization across multiple ad platforms. This position is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in paid media who is eager to take their skills further, especially in B2B ads for complex industries (ie. Technology/IT, SAAS, MSP, and digital marketing sectors). You’ll manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, with a strong emphasis on ad copywriting and conversion strategies. Experience using AI to optimize and manage campaigns will be key to this role.

You will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving results, all while working closely with the broader marketing team. This role requires someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Ads management across multiple platforms.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Strong experience managing B2B campaigns in the Technology/IT, SaaS, MSP, and digital marketing sectors.
  • Skilled in conversion strategies, ad copywriting, and driving lead generation.
  • Tech-savvy, fast learner, and adept at leveraging AI tools to optimize and manage campaigns.
  • Resourceful and driven—able to figure things out independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven optimization.

Paid Ads Manager Position Details
  • Develop and execute multi-channel PPC strategies for B2B lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize search ads (Google & Bing) to maximize quality leads and conversions.
  • Create, test, and optimize social ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Oversee display ad campaigns to build brand awareness and capture mid-funnel traffic.
  • Design and manage retargeting strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Identify and refine high-intent keywords and audience targeting for diverse clientele.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad copy that aligns with campaign messaging and drives conversions.
  • Optimization & Reporting
  • Implement extensive A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Maintain and refine negative keyword lists for improved relevance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize budget allocation and bid adjustments for maximum ROI.
  • Track KPIs, CTRs, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and ROAS to assess performance.
  • Produce detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Work with content, SEO, and other digital marketing teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Utilize project management tools to coordinate PPC campaigns across teams and ensure timely execution.
  • Regularly speak with clients and team members to discuss strategies and progress.
  • Use AI tools to optimize and manage ads effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC, SEM, and ad platform trends, incorporating new tactics as needed.

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm EST) with a time tracker
