The Business Development Contractor's objective is to generate qualified referrals from healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to potential clients who need home care solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and develop trusted referral relationships with targeted healthcare professionals and community organizations to generate qualified client referrals.
  • Represent the company’s value proposition clearly and credibly through in‑person visits, follow‑ups, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Track, report, and optimize business development activities and outcomes to ensure measurable growth aligned with agreed performance objectives.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship‑driven business development, preferably within healthcare, home care, or referral‑based professional services.
  • Strong credibility and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with clinicians, administrators, and community stakeholders.
  • Proven self‑direction and accountability, including the ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and deliver measurable results without close supervision.
