Overview

Our team is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join the team in Ottawa, ON. This person will be responsible for supporting refrigeration & HVAC customers. With the opportunity to join a highly engaged team focused on growing the business, the successful candidate will assist in the promotion of company products to generate increased sales and maintain great relationships with customers.

What you will accomplish with us:
  • Develop a close relationship with assigned contractors.
  • Promote The Master Groups ability to quote on public tenders as well as on design build projects.
  • Provide customers service throughout the complete sales cycle. (Pre-sale through post-sale support)
  • Provide product solutions for incoming inquiries.
  • Review and evaluate plans and specifications.
  • Determine refrigeration & HVAC equipment requirements to meet the individual client’s needs.
  • Provide the contractor with material lists and quotations thru written and verbal communication.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their full satisfaction, either verbally or in writing.
What You Bring to Our Team:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Post-Secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate technical experience in refrigeration/knowledge in HVAC industry (an asset).
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel).
  • Comfortable working with ERP software.
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to close sales and work under pressure.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and provide variable solutions based in customer needs and company objectives.

Compensation Information:

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include: Compensation package based on profitability

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
