What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with customers nationwide through outbound calls for retention, sales, and services
- Promote and recommend products and services to customers
- Manage call flows, ensuring first call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on products and services to create needs and meet financial objectives
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain high professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Mandatory experience in Customer Care, Retention, Inbound Sales, or Outbound Sales
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems
- High-speed internet connection (10MB or greater) and a secure workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with remote work setups and Ethernet connections
- Familiarity with Apple or Android devices (not mandatory)
