• 5+ years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations is beneficial.
• Able to be in office 5 days a week.
• Experience at delivering scheduling functions within the Real Estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures.
• Conduct project schedule analysis including critical path analysis.
