Our client is seeking a highly organized and driven individual for an Order Coordinator opportunity within their Service department. This full-time opportunity offers:

Responsibilities
  • Enter and process equipment orders with accuracy
  • Generate purchase orders and track shipments
  • Coordinate with customers on delivery, receiving requirements, and installation dates
  • Keep customers and sales representatives updated on order status
  • Work with the credit department to release orders for shipment
  • Provide backup support to the Service & Parts team
  • Maintain accurate equipment records and quotes
Qualifications
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field required
  • 1-2+ years of previous experience in logistics, coordination or customer service preferred
  • Understanding of logistics and freight movements
  • Proficient using MS Office, with strong understanding of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter and strong organizational skills
