What you will accomplish with us

As an Optimization and Efficiency Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting diagnostic assessments of processes to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans based on findings
• Designing, preparing, and facilitating optimization workshops (Kaizen, problem‑solving) with iA Group organizational units
• Supporting managers and their teams in deploying continuous improvement activities until benefits are realized
• Contributing to process mapping according to best practices and Lean principles
• Determining financial and non‑financial gains from optimization activities and ensuring proper follow‑up

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3 to 7 years of experience in process optimization within a complex environment and holds a Green Belt certification
• Is recognized for in‑depth knowledge of Lean principles and tools
• Stands out for strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and results‑oriented mindset
• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and a collaborative spirit
• Is known for the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders
• Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves weekly email and videoconference exchanges with teams across Canada, including both French‑speaking and English‑only business lines
