An international mining company is seeking an Operator for the Reagent section. This role, located in Canada, involves managing chemical mixing and distribution, performing measurements of reagent concentration, and maintaining inventory within the Process Plant environment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in mineral processing and a post-secondary diploma in mineral treatment is an asset. The position offers a fly-in-fly-out schedule with accommodations and meals provided on site.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Process Plant, you will be part of the Process Plant Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
Post Secondary Diploma in mineral treatment is considered an asset;
2 years of experience in a mineral processing role within a Process Plant environment;
Valid Driver’s License is considered an asset.
Note that the official working language at Meliadine is English.
Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest;
Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
