Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, achieving business objectives, and ensuring service excellence for customers and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Play an active role as part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional service.
  • Work closely with local leadership to plan, budget, and deliver on P&L targets.
  • Develop and manage staffing plans to maximize service delivery and meet business commitments.
  • Track, measure, and drive achievement of key operational metrics; prepare and present reporting and analysis.
  • Lead and coach a team of technical professionals to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Foster a growth mindset across the team to enhance customer satisfaction and business expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with independent contractors and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Negotiate agreements with partners and monitor performance to achieve cost, quality, safety, and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Quality, HR, Training, Project Management, etc.) to support continuous improvement.
  • Drive a culture of service excellence for team members, customers, and external partners.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Manage operational performance to meet and exceed profitability targets.
