We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Fabrication to join a fast-growing manufacturing organization in Vancouver, BC.

This is a rare opportunity to create and scale a fabrication operation from the ground up, leading multi‑site metal fabrication, bus fabrication, and powder coating processes. You’ll own performance, systems, and people – shaping how the operation runs today and how it grows tomorrow.
