A leading medical technology company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at their Kingston location. The role includes managing a team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving productivity improvements. Candidates should have a post-secondary degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience in managing teams and operations. We are hiring an Operation Manager to be based on on‑site 5 days a week in our Kingston Ontario location.
The Operations Manager works closely with the Business Manager; the Operation/Production manager will oversee the daily operations and carry out the organization’s vision and directives. This position will be responsible for the overall performance of the Operations team for production, materials, inventory control, logistics and customer service across projects, products and services for both Canada and the USA.

Draeger has several sites located across North America as well as field‑based sales and service positions. Our North America headquarters is located in Telford, PA just north of Philadelphia. We also have US sites in Andover, MA, and Houston, TX. Our Canada site is located in Mississauga, Ontario.
Our field based Sales and Service workforce, located across Canada, is focused on building and strengthening long term relationships with our customers in the delivery of Draeger’s exceptional portfolio of Medical and Safety products and solutions.
