Overview

WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is looking to become a leader in the home painting industry and achieve unprecedented growth. To do this, we need builders, innovators, and leaders who are excited to challenge the status quo and shape how we work. This isn't a role about maintaining; it's a role about creating. We are seeking an Operations Enablement Manager to be a strategic partner to our Field Operations Managers (FOMs) and Franchise Partners. In this role, you will be a change agent, responsible for developing and implementing resources and processes that empower our Franchise Partners to work more efficiently and consistently. You'll be the crucial link between strategy and execution, translating business objectives into practical, easy-to-use tools and training programs that have a measurable impact on our franchise performance. Responsibilities
  • Develop and Champion Tools: Design and roll out new tools, guides, and processes that improve efficiency and performance for FOMs and FPs.
  • Ensure Usability and Clarity: Gather and analyze feedback from field teams to ensure all resources are clear, practical, and easy to apply in real-world situations.
  • Drive Consistency: Lead efforts to standardize key field operations, including meeting structures, onboarding, and job site standards, to reduce variability across the organization.
  • Impact Training: Develop and enhance training materials and onboarding programs to improve readiness and reduce the ramp-up time for new FPs. Track and act on key metrics like onboarding satisfaction scores.
  • Simplify Communication: Create and deliver high-quality, timely communications (e.g., decks, SOPs, updates) that effectively translate complex strategic initiatives into simple, actionable steps for the field.
  • Validate in the Field: Partner with FOMs to pilot new tools and resources directly with FPs, incorporating their feedback and demonstrating success after deploying them system-wide.
  • Manage Projects: Successfully deliver assigned projects and initiatives on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary is $85,000 to $100,000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).

Hybrid Work Environment
