• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role.
• 2+ years of experience with Retail Majors in a B2B capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of order management process.
• Provide customer service to retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Work with 3PLs and transport carriers.
• Focus on accurate processing of customer orders.
