The Creative Innovation team within Central Technology drives cutting-edge research, 3rd-party partnerships, and content creation technologies, and works to integrate transformative technologies into creative workflows. We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to support the Creative Innovation team. This role is hybrid remote / in-office and you will work from our Vancouver office. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will collaborate with operational and administrative-focused individuals across CI to ensure consistency and smooth daily execution.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate onboarding procedures to provide a seamless integration for new employees.
  • Manage equipment, smaller team purchases, purchase orders and monthly reconciliation.
  • Refine expense reconciliation and travel bookings for all sub teams.
  • Contract and license coordination: Partner with peers to oversee contract management. Partner with the Associate Development Manager for license purchasing and tracking, new hire onboarding, Team swag purchases and equipment deployment.
  • Work with People Managers to reward and recognize team members.
  • Executive Support: Provide executive level support for Senior leadership within the Creative Innovation organization, including possible calendar management, travel coordination and expense support.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate team events and conferences, boosting team cohesion. This may include monthly and annual events across our teams.
What you bring
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, team coordination, or administrative roles.

Compensation and Benefits

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g., education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

Pay Ranges

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI / QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when welcoming a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental / adoption leave), extended health / dental / vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
