Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations related to financial transactions.
  • Manage HR for 20+ associates, including performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and policies.
  • Perform follow-ups as recommended by Internal Audit.
  • Maintain quality work environment and monitor branch budgets.
  • Encourage positive morale within the branch.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Managers.
