About the Opportunity

• Platform Administration: Manage all aspects of the OneStream application, including metadata, user security, and approval workflows.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain financial reports (Cube Views), Excel-based reports (Quick Views), and interactive dashboards for stakeholders.

• Data Integration: Monitor and validate data integrations from the ERP (Yardi) to ensuring accurate and timely data flow for financial close.

• Process Improvement: Troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes, and partner with vendors/IT to implement long‑term fixes.

• Support & Training: Act as the first line of support for finance users, delivering training and documentation to enhance system adoption.

About You

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience with OneStream or a similar EPM software (e.g., Hyperion, FCCS) in an administrator or analyst role.

• Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial consolidations, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with VB.Net or C# is highly preferred; SQL knowledge is an asset for troubleshooting integrations.

• Industry Background: Experience in the Real Estate (REIT) or multi‑entity corporate environments is a strong plus.

• ERP Familiarity: Knowledge of Yardi or similar ERP systems is an asset.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical finance stakeholders.

Salary Range $100,000 – $115,000 CAD per year
