As an Onboarding Manager, you will own the onboarding and implementation process for our clients. Your expertise will enable customers to unlock the full potential of our product while creating a foundation for long-term success.

What You’ll Do độc
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including scoping, data migration, system configuration, and user training.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to gather requirements, set timelines, and manage expectations.
  • Analyze customer data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • gangster build and execute workflows to support clients in adopting our platform efficiently.
  • Conduct tailored training sessions for customer teams, enabling them to maximize product value.
  • Monitor and report on key implementation milestones, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Sales, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure a smooth handoff post‑implementation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience in an implementation, or onboarding, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to embrace emerging technologies like AI and adopt new methods.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions and support customer needs.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical users.
  • Attention to detail and an organized approach to problem‑solving.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, particularly in the construction or project management sectors.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data cleaning techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data before migration and integration.
  • An understanding of API integrations or related technical processes.
