Crafted Highlights:

  • In the role of a Summer Field Sales Representative in Toronto Mississauga you will be part of the Ontario sales teams. You will be exposed to the ever growing, fast paced beverage industry. You will engage in real‑world problem solving and be immersed in social and educational opportunities with other representatives.
  • The contract is full‑time, beginning in May and ending in August. Upon graduation, representatives may be eligible for full‑time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company.
  • This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with the Territory Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and other teams from different functions.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and analytics.
  • Merchandising – Setting up signage, merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and events.
  • Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers, customers, and members within your community.
  • Reporting – Understanding and identifying business performance, distribution and volume opportunities within on‑premises customers.
  • You will be part of a small group that will be responsible to present key insights and recommendations to build on the role of SUMMER FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE, and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summer.

Qualifications:

  • Third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degree.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travel.
  • Valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions. Recent copy of Driver’s Abstract required.
  • Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent).
  • Resident of (or familiar with) assigned territory.
  • Innate ability to build empathy with consumers, in particular millennials and diverse consumers.
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • Thirst for learning – always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

Field sales summer representative will have access to a Molson vehicle for the summer to use for work purposes, Sales iPad, & Cell phone $ budget, paid $20/hour.
