We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. Office Supervisor

Green Acre Park is looking for a detail-orientated Office Supervisor. If you are highly organized, enjoy building relationships with people and have Supervisor and Recreational experience this position may be exactly what you are looking for.

Role Summary

As office supervisor you will be responsible for scheduling and managing seasonal student staff. You will oversee camping site reservations, cancellations and site changes. Other general office duties. You will be responsible for planning and organizing park recreational activities (for all age ranges) that promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our seasonal and overnight campers. You will maintain all social media sites. You will work closely with volunteers and staff to ensure all activities run smoothly.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in scheduling / supervising staff.
  • Must be comfortable working with various computer programs.
  • Proven leadership abilities and excellent guest services skills.
  • Previous experience in a recreation position.
Working Conditions

Working Conditions : Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
