A growing organization in Ottawa is seeking a highly organized Office & Delivery Coordinator to play a central role in both day-to-day office management and client-facing event delivery. What You’ll Do
Office Coordination
- Manage office calendar, scheduling, and reminders.
- Organize and process receipts, invoices, and provide light bookkeeping support.
- Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships (cleaning, supplies, catering, IT, etc.).
- Support general administrative tasks and special projects.
- Assist in improving organizational processes and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Training & Event Delivery
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and training participants.
- Coordinate event logistics including materials preparation, catering, and room setup.
- Support instructors and trainers with technology and participant needs.
- Ensure training sessions and events run smoothly from start to finish.
- Collect participant feedback and assist with follow-up tasks to strengthen programs.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or event support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident representing the organization in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable with scheduling tools and printing equipment.
- Flexibility to support occasional early morning or evening events.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in training, education, or professional services.
- Familiarity with event logistics or catering coordination.
- Basic bookkeeping or expense-tracking experience.
