Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

A growing organization in Ottawa is seeking a highly organized Office & Delivery Coordinator to play a central role in both day-to-day office management and client-facing event delivery. What You’ll Do
Office Coordination
  • Manage office calendar, scheduling, and reminders.
  • Organize and process receipts, invoices, and provide light bookkeeping support.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships (cleaning, supplies, catering, IT, etc.).
  • Support general administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Assist in improving organizational processes and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Training & Event Delivery
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and training participants.
  • Coordinate event logistics including materials preparation, catering, and room setup.
  • Support instructors and trainers with technology and participant needs.
  • Ensure training sessions and events run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Collect participant feedback and assist with follow-up tasks to strengthen programs.
What You Bring
  • 2–3 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or event support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident representing the organization in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable with scheduling tools and printing equipment.
  • Flexibility to support occasional early morning or evening events.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in training, education, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with event logistics or catering coordination.
  • Basic bookkeeping or expense-tracking experience.
