Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Saint John, NB. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, managing patient health, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Daily tasks include conducting physical exams, interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications. The role also involves patient education, follow-up care, and contributing to the overall healthcare team’s efforts in ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with valid certification
  • Strong diagnostic skills and experience in primary care
  • Experience in patient education and health promotion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Competence in using healthcare technology and electronic medical records
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
