Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years construction and subcontractor supervision experience.
• Experience managing major refurbishment or complex Nuclear projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, blue prints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire shift crew including Project Coordinators and trades.
• Drive compliance to Plans/Schedules, resolve issues, and identify risks.
• Monitor and manage risks, develop recovery strategies when necessary.
