Qualifications

• 1 year of quality experience in production/manufacturing.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Handwriting must be neat and legible.
• Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 60lbs.
• Ability to understand and operate lab equipment and generate complete/accurate records.
• Must be able to work without direct supervision.
• Adhere to all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice policies.
• Perform testing in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical testing on raw eggs and finished products.
• Train new technicians and maintain lab equipment.
• Follow safety policies and maintain GMP's.
• Manage chemical inventory and pH levels.
• Perform audits of inbound, outbound, and raw materials.

Skills

Quality experience in production/manufacturing

English language proficiency (read, write, speak)

Ability to lift and move up to 60lbs

Understanding and operation of lab equipment

Computer literacy
