Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English for safety and food quality reasons.
• 1 year of work experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
• Commitment to following all personal safety requirements rigorously.
• Flexibility to execute other duties and production tasks as required.
• Basic math skills: adding, subtracting, and basic division.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and robots to load, sort, and pack our pasture-raised eggs.
• Keep sanitary conditions for optimal food production.
• Ensure our eggs meet the standards by carefully following our procedures.
• Perform inspections on supplies and keep them ready for use.
• Operate powered jacks to move supplies and product within the warehouse.
• Other duties as required.
