Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to residents/patients in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Engage in education and certifications to maintain competency.
• Exercise initiative and independent judgment in work priorities.

Skills

Proficiency of both official languages (English/French)

Knowledge of confidentiality/privacy requirements

Knowledge of workplace safety requirements

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Education

Grade 12 education or equivalent

Health Care Aide Certificate from recognized program

Tools

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
