• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2024, 2025 or will graduate by May 2026.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred.
• 1-3+ years’ Supervisory experience preferred.

• Develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues.
• Motivate the team to achieve established performance targets.
• Lead daily performance meetings.
