The National Marketing Leader has expertise in portfolio marketing within the building industry's B2B sector. This individual will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies to effectively promote our products and services through various channels and vertical markets while managing our product portfolio to maximize revenue growth and market share.

- Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales through distribution partners, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop marketing programs tailored to support those needs.
- Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, including new product launches, feature updates, and end-of-life strategies, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and digital content, to support channel partners and sales teams.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and optimize marketing initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in line with our Vision Statement.
Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on channel and portfolio management, preferably within the building or construction industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Bilingual.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
