Overview

Hello, we are a family in Oak Bay, British Columbia looking for a nanny to care for our infant (5 months) and help with our preschool school-aged child (3 1 / 2 years old). This is a live-out, part-time position with a focus on childcare and some light housekeeping duties. We offer $25.00 (depending on experience) per hour and are looking for someone with experience and a passion for working with children. The ideal candidate would be reliable, nurturing, and able to provide a safe and stimulating environment for our children.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include engaging and interacting with the children, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with creative and healthy activities, and light housekeeping related to the children's areas. We value someone who is organized, proactive, and able to multitask.

Schedule

We are looking for twice weekly of 4 hours, once during the week and the second time on the weekend. The schedule will be negotiable, but we are looking for someone who can commit to regular hours.
