Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal partners, advisors and external service providers to manage operational inquiries.
  • Investigate and elevate complex issues as needed.
  • Conduct quality control checks on processed transactions.
  • Contribute to special projects and perform other operational duties as assigned.
What you will need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Required to complete internal training or courses as designated.
  • 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Dataphile or Salesforce is considered an asset.
  • Completion of the IFIC Operations Course is considered an asset.
  • Effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced collaborative team environment.
