The position requires staying informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of personal banking, investments, and real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
