A leading marine transportation company in North Vancouver seeks a Mobile Device Administrator to manage mobile technology, ensure compliance with security protocols, and provide support to end users. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary ranging from $99,000 to $121,000, along with comprehensive health benefits and support for flexibility in work arrangements after onboarding. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent and experience in mobile device management within relevant environments.
The Mobile Device Administrator is responsible for managing and securing Seaspan Shipyards mobile technology ecosystem, including iPads, cell phones, smart devices and other ruggedized hardware used across production facilities, warehouses, and corporate offices. This role ensures reliable connectivity, compliance with security standards, and optimal performance of devices critical to business operations. The position collaborates closely with stakeholders in the business and Information Technology to align mobile solutions with enterprise applications and is responsible for the complete asset lifecycle of mobile devices.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
The estimated salary for this position is $99,000 - $121,0000. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

This position may involve defense articles and/or technical data regulated by the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the U.S. Arms Export Control Act. In compliance with ITAR, the successful candidate will be subject to a security clearance through the Canadian Controlled Goods Program as regulated by the Controlled Goods Regulations and Defense Production Act. The successful candidate will be required to maintain their security clearance throughout their employment in this position.
