About you

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Microsoft Partner Program Trainer & Enablement Specialist to lead partner-facing training initiatives and drive awareness of Microsoft program updates. This role demands deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, strong communication and project management skills, and a passion for empowering partners through education and enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Training & Enablement
    • Design and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) to Microsoft partners.
    • Regularly update partners on changes to Microsoft solution area programs, MPN (Microsoft Partner Network), and Coop Funds.
    • Develop training materials, workshops, and webinars tailored to partner needs.
  • Program Expertise & Advisory
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft solution areas (Modern Work, Azure, Business Applications, Security, etc.).
    • Advise partners on program eligibility, benefits, and strategic alignment with Microsoft initiatives.
    • Provide technical insights into Microsoft Copilot and its integration across workloads.
  • Communication & Awareness
    • Create and distribute partner communications via newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to amplify program updates and training opportunities.
  • Project Management
    • Lead enablement projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align training efforts with Microsoft’s strategic goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, programs, and partner ecosystem.
  • Proven experience as a trainer or enablement specialist, preferably in a Microsoft context.
  • Strong understanding of MPN, Coop Funds, and Microsoft solution area programs.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and its applications.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and French.
