REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Must Have ALL :

P.Eng License (Nova Scotia or eligible for transfer)

3+ years multi-unit residential MEP experience (4+ unit buildings)

Advanced Revit MEP proficiency (coordinated models, not just 2D)

Fast-paced project experience (MEP packages in weeks, not months)

Fixed-price project capability (you know your costs)

MANDATORY SCREENING QUESTIONS Your application MUST include detailed answers. Applications without complete answers will be automatically rejected.

• What multi-unit residential projects have you designed MEP systems for in Atlantic Canada? Include project names, unit counts, your role, and timeline from design to permit.
• What's your typical package price for complete MEP design on a 6-unit, 2-storey wood frame building? Break down what's included and excluded.
• Describe your fastest MEP package delivery. What was the project, timeline, and how you achieved speed without sacrificing quality?
• How do you coordinate with structural / architectural to minimize RFIs during construction? Provide specific examples.
• What's your current capacity for concurrent projects?

COMPENSATION & PROJECT VOLUME CONTRACT STRUCTURE :

• 10-15 projects annually
• Direct payment, no holdbacks
• Repeat business for proven performers

Typical Project Scope :

• 5-16 unit residential buildings
• Part 9 wood frame construction
• CMHC MLI Select energy requirements
• Fixed budgets requiring optimization
