Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the design of plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
• Familiar with applicable codes and standards including Ontario Building Code, ASHRAE, NFPA, CSA.
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads and expedited timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, calculations, and technical support for plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Complete engineering studies and assessments.
• Convert markups into CAD or Revit MEP drawings.
• Manage communications with clients and other consultants.
• Prepare change orders and payment certificates during construction.

Skills
