Qualifications

• Graduated high school and/or equivalent.
• Completion of Financial Planning Coursework required.
• One year of member service experience in the financial industry for AM I.
• Minimum of 2 years in an Account Manager role for AM II.
• Three years of member service experience in the financial industry for AM II.

• Provide comprehensive financial and relationship-based advice.
• Identify member needs for appropriate products.
• Make referrals to specialized teams.
