• Perform accurate and timely testing in Transfusion Medicine and other assigned departments
• Maintain quality and safety standards in all laboratory processes

• Active CSMLS certification (General MLT)
• Demonstrated competency in Transfusion Medicine
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within a 24/7 schedule
