Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Quebec is looking for a Medical Doctor to provide consultations and health assessments for employees. In this role, you will collaborate with the Health and Safety team to promote a safe work environment. The ideal candidate holds a valid medical license in Quebec and has at least 3 years of experience. Excellent clinical assessment skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.

What are your contributions to the team?
  • Provide spontaneous consultations for employees (e.g., discomfort, minor injuries, health advice).
  • Quickly assess conditions and refer to appropriate care if necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety team on risk prevention.
  • Work with other internal stakeholders on related cases.
  • Document interventions in compliance with legal and internal standards.
  • Analyze and manage employees’ medical records while maintaining confidentiality.
