• Provide guidance to estimators and project coordinators.
• Ensure accurate project planning and scheduling.

The Hamilton, SW Ontario and GTA construction markets are still booming! This is an exciting opportunity to join an established top-tier Mechanical Contractor based in the Hamilton area.

If you are a boiler and chiller expert, then this opportunity is for you! This contractor is a significant player in the market that has over time built a reputation of trust through successful execution.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

-Superior knowledge of mechanical installations specifically boilers and chillers OR HVACR Units.

- 7-10 + years Mechanical Construction experience as a Coordinator and / or Project Manager including field and project management experience (non-residential).

- Past mechanical background specifically installing boilers, chillers, pumps.

- Project exposure to retrofit commercial, industrial and / or institutional projects.

- Demonstrate strong management skills including planning, organizing and leading

- Superior organizational skills, including analysis, accuracy and attention to detail

- Expertise in understanding and interpreting specifications and drawings for mechanical projects

- Experience in providing management and technical guidance for estimators and project coordinators

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

- Excellent scheduling capability and time management skills
