Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering simple treatments.
• Must understand the basics of good sanitation and cleaning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the monitoring of care given to residents.
• Documents information pertaining to the care of residents.
• Attends in-service education sessions and staff meetings.
• Assists in the onboarding of new staff.
• Follows IPAC policies and procedures.

Skills
